We currently accept Visa & Mastercard payments as well as PayPal (including credit card, PayPal balance transfers, and bank account transfers)

Do you accept international orders? TOP

At the present moment, online purchases only support shipment throughout the US.  If Canadian or international shipping is needed, please e-mail me prior to ordering; separate shipping invoicing can be arraigned.


What is your return policy? TOP

Diaper Diva Boutique does not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the product. Perfection is our highest priority. I personally inspect over and over again each item before shipping to guarantee your satisfaction.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me with 48 hrs of receiving it. Please consider shipping insurance or you will be responsible for shipping if the item must be sent back.

How long until my order is shipped? TOP

The majority of what you find here is hand made & or embellished by me & the help of one seamstress (part-time).  Please keep the current shipping time in mind when placing your order & if you are ever unsure if an item will be shipped in time for a special holiday or gift, please contact me before & I will always do my best to meet a deadline.

*September - January are our busiest months because they involve Halloween & Christmas.  Orders may be delayed during  these months, but I promise when your design is delivered it will be perfection & well worth the wait!

If you are ever un-sure or want to make sure an item will make it to you by a specific date, please contact me regarding it prior to placing your order.  That is what I am here for & will give you an accurate estimate & we discuss whether a "rush order" can be done on the particular item you are in need of.

Can I track my order? TOP

Yes you can!  Simply click "Track My Order" under More Info & input your order number which was included in your e-mailed receipt.  Or simply click the link below:

Once your order is received, your order status is "On Order".
When your order has been completed and is shipped your order status will read "Shipped." 
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email stating
your order has been shipped and receive a USPS.com tracking number.

If I live locally & would prefer to pick up my order, can that be arrainged? TOP

Yes it can!  There is a shipping option available just for you... Simply choose LOCAL PICK-UP & I will contact you to arrainge either us to meet or for you to pick up your order at one of our two retail locations located in Alvin, Texas.

Do you take custom orders? TOP

Yes!  If you ever see a design you love, but you would like to know the availability of it in another color or fabric choice etc... Please contact me.  Almost every item found here is hand-made and can be made to fit your needs.

How are your bows made? TOP

Each fold of the bow is hand sewn. I do not use wire in my bows. Any embellishments added to bows or clips are secured with the best adhesive available. Although our bows and clips are made with superior quality, always use adult supervision.

Bow & ribbon color can vary, ribbon may also have to be substituted, due to back order or color/design being discontinued. Embellishments can vary on each item sold.

Will my item be exactly as displayed? TOP

We strive to make each item as beautiful and perfect as the last. However, colors, materials and/or embellishments may not be available or discontinued due to season etc. In this event we will make sure the item looks fabulous with an alternative color, style or embellishment. Keep in mind computer resolution may vary, ribbon, fabric & thread colors may appear darker or brighter in person.

What is an alligator clip? TOP

 
Alligator clips are a pinch clip that is used for all of our clippies and is great for baby and toddler bows when the hair is not as thick. Alligator clips are also the clip of choice when you want to attach a bow to one of our interchangeable bow bands.

What is a french barrette? TOP

French barrettes are good for older girls with thicker hair.

What are "Posh Piggies"? TOP

Posh Piggies are just my term for pig tails.  If you choose a bow design, but would prefer a set of pig tail sized bows with all the chic qualities as the regular sized bow, then this is the option for you.

Are the ends of your bows (ribbon) sealed to prevent fraying? TOP

Yes! We heat seal each end to prevent them from fraying.

How can I be sure my bows will hold their shape? TOP

Each one of our bows is treated before being sent out to guarantee they hold their shape during shipping. This means your bows will always look crisp, clean and perfect. Should your bow start to lose shape, simply fluff the loops and spray with fabric starch if desired.

How do I care for my appliquéd clothing? TOP

I highly recommend dry cleaning these designs.  They can be hand washed in cold water as well & laid flat to dry as well.  Proper care of you hand-made clothing will keep it looking new for years to come!

Do you take custom order requests? TOP

Yes I do!  If you see an item but would like it in a color not offered or if you have a special occasion & a special outfit or bow is needed; that can be done.  Diaper Diva Boutique started as a custom boutique, meaning all items were hand-made to order.  I am proud to say that DDB has expanded it's horizons & now offers shoes, accessories, gift & other high end items as well!

Most items including clothing, bows, diaper bags, & party hats are hand-made and can be altered/ designed to fit your needs.  We will work together to design a one-of-a-kind custom creation just for you!
